Home minister Shah will conduct aerial survey of flood-affected Belagavi district of Karnataka today

Union Home Minister Amit Shah will undertake an aerial inspection of the flood-hit Belagavi district of ​​Karnataka today. Floods continue in the five states of the south and west of the country. In Kerala, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Gujarat 136 people have died in the last four days. The worst is in Kerala where 57 people died and around 1.65 lakh people have been shifted to relief camps.

The rains have also caused havoc in Wayanad in Kerala. At least 10 people have died due to rain here. Wayanad MP Rahul Gandhi will reach to know the flood situation on Sunday. Wayanad Deputy District Collector NSK Umesh said that thousands of people have been rescued from the debris of landslides in a tea garden in Puthumala. Relief work is being affected due to bad weather.
